Intellectual property

We hold 23 patented technologies in infrared sensor temperature measurement and photoelectric physiological monitoring. Tooling and product IP ownership is agreed in writing at project start — we do not sell a customer-specific design to another customer.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on whether you take a catalogue platform or a fully custom tooling project. Catalogue platforms start substantially lower than new-tooling projects. Send us the model and target market and we will confirm the exact MOQ.

Can you support registration in our country?

Yes. We provide the technical file, test reports and declarations that a distributor or notified body requires, and we have done this for FDA, EU MDR and NMPA submissions.

Do you do private label?

Yes — housing silkscreen, display language pack, app skin, packaging and instruction manual can all carry your brand.

Every line runs on a digital kanban board

Each assembly line is driven by a digital kanban board: order progress, hourly output, takt time and in-line quality data are displayed at the line in real time. Materials are called station by station, abnormalities trigger andon alerts instantly, and the same records feed batch traceability — so brands can audit line-level data any time, not just the finished units.
